6) How can I check my order status?
A tracking number will be provided to you after parcel sent out or you can email us anytime for further inquiry. All parcels will be shipped by Korea Post (EMS Service).
7) Can I cancel my order after I placed it?
Yes, you may cancel an order after placement if payment have not been made yet. All paid orders are confirmed and not subjected to cancellation unless the items are out of stock.
8) Can I order stuff from different Korea web stores and put it in one order?
Yes, you may combine stuff from different Korea Fashion stores (Refer to the stores listed on right hand sidebar). We DON'T charge you Korea domestic postage fee even though some of the Korea Fashion Stores are charging us :)
9) Are all products Made in Korea?
We confirm that all products are to be ordered from the Korea official web stores and to be shipped directly from Korea to your doorstep. However, please take note that some of the items are not labeled with Made in Korea tag but labeled as Made in China (very minimal case). The reason being is the product designs are from South Korea but products are making in China (they own a production line in China). Quality wise is guaranteed even though products are Made in China as only approved products (pass the Korea in-house QC test) will be sold to customers. Customers who are allergic or sensitive to the China made products, we would recommend you not to place order to us to avoid any dissatisfaction.
* The "Made in China" cases are only happened to QnGirls products and Cherrykoko's shoe (Only 2 cases found after more than 100 items purchased) till date.
